Linda is Principal of Hoskinson
Associates, an independent UK-based EAP consultancy group and a
Director of People Resolutions Group Ltd, specialists in workplace
conflict resolution/mediation and independent dignity at work investigations.
She is also Training Director for
WorkLife Partnerships Ltd, the first public/private organisation
bringing together the very best available professional support in
both the public and private sectors in the management of mental
health and psycho-social risk in the workplace. She is developing
the first university accredited ‘Case Management’ training
in the UK for the full range of professionals who are co-ordinating
interventions to help people with mental health and related conditions
to engage in and enjoy their work and to prevent them from losing
their jobs. She is also a director of WorkLife Support Ltd part
of the Teacher Support Network charity.
Her EAP team specialises in assisting
organisations with their EAP design - for internal, external and
combined services – their implementation programmes, and their
periodic audit and evaluation activity. She assists EAP and workplace
counselling providers with their strategies for business growth
and for setting and maintaining professional standards.
Linda has 10 years experience as
a director of an external EAP providing organisation, was the first
UK President of EAPA, received
a special commendation for services to EAPA International and recently
Chaired the UK Standards Committee. She is one of a small but growing
number of people in the UK qualified by international examination
as CEAP. She has over 12
years experience in human resources management and a further 4 as
a Director of People Resolutions Group Ltd. As a result of her contact
with both the HR and EAP communities, she remains at the forefront
of independent EAP consultancy in the UK.
Linda is a Director of People Resolutions Group Ltd,
supplying specialist conflict resolution, mediation and investigation
services to support the human resources/personnel function in bringing
closure to workplace grievances, such as discrimination, harassment,
victimisation and bullying.
