Brenda is a President of Blair Consulting
Group, Inc., a US-based consulting firm specialising in those areas
where employee personal concerns and employer productivity concerns
overlap. Brenda has provided customised consultancy regarding EAP,
managed care, and work/life services to US Fortune 500 employers
and government for over 20 years. She also works with service providers
on growth planning, product development, marketing strategies, and
operations.
As a member of EAPA since 1976,
Brenda has held local, national and international office. She was
a founding member of EACC
which designed the CEAP, is currently on the US EAPA Standards Committee
and has served as the US representative to the EAPA International
Standards Committee.
Brenda has been active in international
EAP development, has conducted the Fundamentals/Essentials of EAP
course in Japan and South Africa, and has provided EAP consultancy
in several countries. She is listed in the “EAPA Hall of Fame”
and received the prestigious EAPA Member of the Year Award in 1988.
Brenda is an accomplished trainer and a frequent and popular speaker
at conferences.
